Ollie Baucom Circle
The Ollie Baucom Circle, which was organized in 1952 with 15 members, now has 24 active members. The circle meets on the third Monday of each month in Fellowship Hall at 11:30 am. Bring a brown bag lunch, unless otherwise announced.
The Circle is actively engaged in Bible study and has several projects each year, some of which are:
1. They are involved in Family Promise (providing meals for the homeless).
2. They purchase toys for Children's Protective Service at Christmas.
3. They sponsored the Church Garage Sale in April.
4. They send offerings to the Cumberland Presbyterian Convention that meets every June.
5. They fund mission efforts around the world by yearly purchasing Perpetual Memberships (Endowments) from the Cumberland Presbyterian denomination.
6. They choose a denominational project every year.
7. They support fund raisers for the local church as the need arises.
